The rules that govern your use of the cashrvyn.com website and the Cash Rvyn iOS application, operated by Cash Rvyn LLC. By using the service you agree to these terms.
By accessing cashrvyn.com (the “Site”) or installing the Cash Rvyn iOS application (the “App,” together with the Site the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Notice, and our E-SIGN Consent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Cash Rvyn LLC is a Colorado-organized US company. We operate the Service as a comparison and matching utility for cash advance apps, personal loans, and bad-credit loan options. We are not a lender, broker, or financial institution. We don’t make credit decisions, set rates, originate loans, or move money. Any loan or advance you ultimately take is with a third-party partner provider, on that partner’s own terms.
You must be a US resident aged 18 or older to use the Service. The Service is available to residents of 49 US states. The Service is not available in New York. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
When you submit profile information through the Site or App, we filter our partner list by each partner’s own published eligibility criteria using the details you provide. We then present you with a ranked list of partners whose criteria are consistent with your profile. We do not guarantee that any partner will approve you, or that any specific terms (amount, APR, fees) will be offered. Approval, terms, APR, repayment schedule, and funding are determined solely by the partner you choose to continue with, and only after that partner’s own application and underwriting process.
Cash Rvyn LLC may receive compensation from partner providers when matched users choose to apply or sign up with them. This compensation does not change what you pay the partner, does not influence the order in which partners appear in your matches, and does not influence the content of our descriptions or guides. You agree that information you submit through the Service is accurate, complete, and provided by you (or with permission of the person it concerns). You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you’ve violated these obligations.
When you choose to continue with a partner provider, you leave the Service and enter that partner’s own site, app, or system. Your relationship with the partner is governed by that partner’s terms and privacy policy, not by these Terms. Cash Rvyn LLC is not responsible for the partner’s approval decisions, application process, customer service, account servicing, collection practices, or any dispute between you and the partner.
The content on the Service — including guides, reviews, comparison tables, and FAQ — is for general informational purposes. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice. APR figures, loan amounts, and product features are sourced from each partner’s public disclosures as of the dates marked on each page and may change without notice. Always read the partner’s full Truth-in-Lending disclosure before signing any agreement.
The Service, including its text, design, code, layout, and Cash Rvyn LLC trademarks, is owned by Cash Rvyn LLC and protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or reproduce material from the Service for commercial use without our written permission. Partner names, logos, and trademarks shown on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cash Rvyn LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome (such as loan approval) will result from using it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cash Rvyn LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100), or, if greater, the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, since the Service is free to users, will typically be zero).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cash Rvyn LLC against any third-party claim arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your relationship with any partner provider.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflicts-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site for at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that creates legal, regulatory, or fraud risk for us.
