E-SIGN Consent — electronic disclosures.

1. What you’re agreeing to

When you submit information through cashrvyn.com or the Cash Rvyn iOS application, you consent to receive disclosures, notices, agreements, terms, privacy notices, change-of-terms notifications, and any other communication that Cash Rvyn LLC or a partner provider is required by law to provide in writing — electronically, rather than on paper. This consent is given under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).

2. What “electronically” means

Electronic delivery may be by any of the following methods:

• Display on the cashrvyn.com website or in the Cash Rvyn iOS application.
• Email to the email address you provide.
• SMS or push notification (only with your additional opt-in).
• A secure file or link you can download.

3. Hardware and software you need

To access and retain electronic disclosures, you will need:

• A device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) with internet access.
• A current version of a major web browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).
• An active email address that you check regularly.
• A PDF reader (built into most modern operating systems and browsers).
• Enough storage to save or print disclosures you wish to keep.

If at any point you can no longer meet these requirements, contact us immediately at contact@cashrvyn.com so we can deliver disclosures by another method.

4. Keeping disclosures for your records

We recommend saving or printing electronic disclosures for your records. Cash Rvyn LLC will retain copies of disclosures we send you for the periods required by applicable law, but cannot guarantee that any specific disclosure will remain accessible to you through the Service indefinitely.

5. Your contact information

You agree to keep the email address and other contact information on file with Cash Rvyn LLC current. If your email or other contact details change, update them in your account or notify us at contact@cashrvyn.com. We are not responsible for disclosures sent to an email address you have not kept current.

6. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive disclosures electronically at any time. To withdraw consent:

• Email contact@cashrvyn.com with the subject line “Withdraw E-SIGN consent.”
• Include your full name and the email address associated with your account.

If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide the Service to you, because much of what we do depends on electronic delivery. Where we’re legally required to deliver a specific paper disclosure after you’ve withdrawn consent, we will do so by US mail to the mailing address on file.

7. Partner providers

If you choose to continue with a partner provider, that partner will deliver its own disclosures (loan agreement, Truth-in-Lending disclosure, etc.) to you. The partner’s own E-SIGN consent and procedures will apply to those disclosures. This Cash Rvyn E-SIGN Consent does not substitute for any consent the partner asks for separately.

8. Changes

We may update this consent. Material changes will be posted on the Site and emailed to your email address on file at least 30 days before they take effect.
