Who we are

Cash Rvyn LLC is a Colorado-organized US company that operates cashrvyn.com as a comparison and matching service for cash advance apps, personal loans, and bad-credit loan options. We are not a lender, broker, or financial institution. We don’t make credit decisions, set rates, or move money.

What information we collect

We collect three categories of information:

Information you give us directly

• Matching details: the kind of borrowing you’re considering, amount range, ZIP code, income type, employment status, and similar profile data you enter in our matching form.
• Contact information: your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number, when you submit it through a form or email us.
• Support correspondence: the content of any email or message you send to contact@cashrvyn.com.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank account number, or any other sensitive financial-account credential on the cashrvyn.com website. Partner providers may ask for those things on their own application screens after you choose to continue with them.

Information collected automatically

• Device & browser data: IP address, user-agent string, device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution.
• Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, time on page, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP.
• Cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality, analytics, and (where permitted) measurement of marketing performance. See “Cookies” below.

Information from third parties

• Aggregate or de-identified data about traffic patterns and conversion from our hosting provider, analytics provider, or partner providers (when they confirm a referral).

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate the cashrvyn.com site and the matching service (filter partners by their published eligibility criteria using the details you provide).
• Display partner matches to you, by email or on-screen.
• Respond to your support, press, or partnership inquiries.
• Measure and improve site performance (analytics, debugging, fraud prevention).
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use the information you submit to:

• Sell your personal information for monetary value to third parties unrelated to your match.
• Make automated credit decisions about you. We don’t make credit decisions at all — partner providers do that on their own systems.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only as described below:

• Partner providers you choose to continue with. When you click through to a partner’s site or submit an application via our matching flow, we transmit your matching details to that partner so they can process your application. We share with a specific partner only when you choose to apply with that partner.
• Service providers we use to run the site. Hosting, email delivery, analytics, and security/fraud prevention providers. These vendors operate under contractual obligations to use the data only for the service they provide to us.
• Legal & safety. When required to comply with a valid legal request (subpoena, court order, regulator request), or to protect Cash Rvyn LLC, our users, or the public from fraud, harm, or violation of our Terms.
• Business transfers. If Cash Rvyn LLC merges, is acquired, or sells substantially all of its assets, the personal information we hold may transfer to the successor entity, subject to this notice.

How long we keep information

We keep matching details and contact information for as long as needed to provide the service to you, respond to inquiries, and meet our legal obligations — typically up to 36 months after your last interaction with us. We may keep aggregated and de-identified data indefinitely. You can ask us to delete personal information about you at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Security

We transmit information you submit to us over TLS and store it encrypted at rest. We restrict employee and contractor access to personal information on a need-to-know basis. No service is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users in the event of a confirmed breach as required by applicable state and federal law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights under state or federal law (notably the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA, and the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act for financial information). These rights typically include:

• The right to know what personal information we collect about you and how we use it.
• The right to request a copy of that information.
• The right to ask us to correct or delete it.
• The right to opt out of any sale or share of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not sell personal information for monetary value).

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies for site functionality (remembering your category tab selection, smooth scrolling, etc.) and for first-party analytics. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers on cashrvyn.com. If we add advertising trackers in the future, we will update this notice and provide a cookie banner that lets you opt out.

Children

Cash Rvyn services are intended for US adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has submitted information to us, contact contact@cashrvyn.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our practices change or as the law requires. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects when this version was published. Material changes will be highlighted on the cashrvyn.com home page for at least 30 days following the update.
