Do Not Sell or Share My Information — California.

How California residents can exercise their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

EffectiveApril 27, 2026 Applies toCalifornia residents

We don’t sell your personal information

Cash Rvyn LLC does not sell personal information for monetary value to third parties. We do receive compensation from partner providers when matched users choose to apply or sign up with them; under the CCPA, this kind of arrangement can in some cases be considered a “sale” or “sharing” depending on how the regulation is interpreted. To be safe, we treat that compensation arrangement as potentially within scope and give California residents the unrestricted right to opt out.

Your CCPA / CPRA rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

How to exercise your rights

Opt-out of sale or sharing

To opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information, email us at contact@cashrvyn.com with the subject line “CCPA Do Not Sell.” Include your full name and the email address associated with any matching submissions or account.

We will process the opt-out within 15 business days and respond to confirm.

Other CCPA requests (know, access, correct, delete)

Email contact@cashrvyn.com with the subject line “CCPA request.” Specify which right you’re exercising and provide enough information for us to verify that the request is coming from you.

We may need to ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing a know, access, correct, or delete request. We will respond within the 45-day statutory window (extendable by another 45 days for complex cases, with notice to you).

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission signed by you, and we may require additional verification of the agent’s authority and of your identity.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing under the CCPA. If your browser transmits a GPC signal when you visit cashrvyn.com, we will treat that as a valid opt-out for your visit.

Categories of personal information collected (CCPA disclosure)

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined under the CCPA:

For each category, the sources, purposes of use, and categories of third parties shared with are described in our general Privacy Notice.

Sensitive personal information

The CCPA defines certain categories of personal information as “sensitive personal information.” On the cashrvyn.com website, we do not collect sensitive personal information (SSN, government ID, financial-account credentials, precise geolocation, or similar). If you choose to apply with a partner provider, that partner may collect sensitive personal information on its own application screens under its own privacy policy.
