What this notice covers

The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) requires US financial institutions to give individuals notice about how their nonpublic personal financial information is collected, used, shared, and protected. Cash Rvyn LLC operates as a comparison and matching service for financial products; this notice explains our practices in the model categories used by GLBA.

Information we collect

We collect nonpublic personal financial information about you only from sources you provide. The categories of information we collect include:

• Information from your interactions on our Site or App (e.g. the loan amount you’re seeking, employment status, monthly income range, housing status, state of residence).
• Identifying information you provide (name, email, phone, mailing address).

We do not obtain financial information about you from credit bureaus or other third-party data sources to operate the matching service on cashrvyn.com.

How we share information

With our affiliates

Cash Rvyn LLC currently has no affiliates within the meaning of GLBA. If that changes, we will update this notice and provide affected users with the opportunity to opt out where required.

With non-affiliated third parties

We share nonpublic personal financial information with non-affiliated third parties only as follows, all of which are exceptions permitted by GLBA (15 U.S.C. § 6802(b)(2) and (e)):

• Partner providers you choose to continue with. We share the information you submit with a specific partner provider when you affirmatively choose to apply with that partner. This share is necessary to process a transaction you have requested or authorized.
• Service providers we contract with to perform services on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, fraud detection, analytics). These vendors are contractually limited to using the information only for the services they provide to us.
• To comply with applicable laws, in response to lawful requests by public authorities, or to enforce our Terms and protect Cash Rvyn LLC, our users, or the public from fraud or harm.

We do not sell or otherwise share your nonpublic personal financial information for marketing purposes with non-affiliated third parties outside the exceptions above.

Your right to opt out

GLBA gives you the right to opt out of certain non-affiliate sharing. Because we currently share only under GLBA’s exception categories (your match request, service providers, and legal requirements), there is no marketing-based sharing that requires a separate opt-out. If we ever begin a sharing practice that triggers GLBA opt-out rights, we will deliver a separate opt-out notice and give you a reasonable opportunity to opt out before any such sharing occurs.

How we protect information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of nonpublic personal financial information:

• Data in transit between you and our servers is protected by TLS.
• Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest.
• Access to nonpublic personal financial information is restricted to employees, contractors, and service providers who need it to perform their duties.
• We periodically review our security practices and our service-provider contracts.

Information about former users

The protections described in this notice apply to former users as well as current users.

Children

Cash Rvyn services are intended for US adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect nonpublic personal financial information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the law or our practices change. Material changes will be posted on the Site and emailed to active account holders where practical.
